When We Are Closed

If you need medical advice when the surgery is closed, you can either:

Phone NHS 111 - available 24 hours a day

This is a confidential nurse-led advice service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can get advice on medical as well as dental problems and pharmacies.

You can also access the NHS111 website.

For deaf people and those hard of hearing, a textphone service is available. The textphone number is 18001111. If English is not your preferred language, you can choose to use a confidential translation service.

Go to the Walk in Centre in Weybridge Community Hospital

This is also run by trained nurses and you can have face to face consultation and advice with a nurse. You will be advised to see a doctor if necessary.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
